To Mom

My mom told me earlier this week that I really need to update, sooo here I am. Nothing too exciting going on except, OH YEAH! I have my last exam tomorrow then I'm DOOONE! So I'm here watching Top Chef reruns, "studying" abnormal psychological disorders, and eating a delicious meal of ramen. The next few weeks are going to be super busy, but with mostly really fun stuff. Next week is senior week so I'll be going on lots of picnics, happy hours, wine tours, and a fancy ball. Pretty much lots of booze to celebrate being done with college.

I'm sure if you watched the news or read the paper you heard about Quad Party. Every year on the last day of classes, everyone gets super drunk and parties in the streets. If you actually go to class, you are probably drunk and take a drink in a water bottle with you. Most professors are cool and either cancel class or just review for exams. This year kinda sucked because there were about seven million police on campus. It was definitely unnecessary to bring that many cops in. I chatted with the SWAT team, tried to feed a K9 dog, and talked to a detective about CSI. A few people I know got tickets for open container, but no one got arrested like they were promising. I had my fun though and was in bed by 8:30.

I'm pretty sure this armored vehicle was completely necessary....

I was on the porch of that green house. The K9 unit was there for a while, but they must've thought we were really dangerous because then they brought the SWAT team in (that white van). You can tell they were working really hard...
